Beech Hill is a luxury Country Stay situated in the Foothills of the Southern Alps in Mid Canterbury. We offer luxury accommodation with three rooms available. King Room with ensuite, Queen Room with ensuite and Twin room with ensuite. All rooms have mountain views. All rooms have quality bedding and linen with Clock, radio, iPod dock, television with sky channel, DVD, and Internet. Lounge for guest use only with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, television, comfortable seating and Internet. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our country home. Stroll through the Native Bush or meet the local farm animals. Listen to the dawn chorus of the local bird life and learn the history of Staveley, Alford Forest and surrounding areas. We farm a commercial herd of Beef animals and have an interest in Highland Cattle and Deer. Jeanette is a specialist in Artificial Breeding with both Cattle and Deer and Jack runs a Quarry which supplies rock for Dairy Tracks within Mid Canterbury and also operates an Earthmoving business. Our interests include Tramping, Flying, Gardening, Travel, Cooking and Machinery. As an optional extra you can enjoy a delicious meal with us of home grown Venison, Beef or Lamb accompained with home grown vegetables,followed by a dessert of seasonal produce. Our tariff inculdes pre dinner drinks with nibbles and a sumptuous full cooked breakfast
